Our K-9 & Kitty Medical Miracles program continues to make a difference in the lives of senior pups and kitties – all thanks to YOU and your generous donations! This program provides medical grants to Rescue Partners who save senior dogs and cats from shelters or owner give-ups.

Juniper came to Caring Hearts Rescue (CHR) from a partner shelter in poor condition, with stage 1 kidney failure, mange, skin infections and severe dental disease. Thanks to months of amazing foster care from a CHR volunteer, plus a $1,000 grant from our Medical Miracles Fund, Juniper received the medical treatment and nutrition he needed to get healthy. In a wonderful adoption video prepared for Juniper’s new family, CHR described how this pup “transformed into a little miracle” and demonstrated the incredible dog food recipes they developed to help with his kidney failure. And it’s a bonus that Juniper’s Furever family has experience with dogs with renal disease!
You helped make it possible for Juniper to thrive and get prepared for adoption, and now his loving Furever family will make sure he always has the medical care and nutrition he needs. THANK YOU!
