House with a Heart Rescue Partner and Medical Grant Program
The purpose of this program is to save more seriously senior (12 yrs+) and special needs dogs and cats.
We do this by supporting our rescue partners when they accept needy dogs and cats from owner give-ups and shelters.
We also provide Vet Care Assistance to Adopters who are identified by one of our Rescue partners as being on a fixed income and in need of Vet care assistance.

- Courtesy posts of adoptable rescue partner dogs and cats on our website
