This 13-year-old boy is tall, lean, lanky and loveable! He came to HWAH with his mother, Bella and brother, Hudson, after their owner died. Ciroc likes to explore and go in and out of the pet doors, but he’s never away from his mom and brother for long. This mild-mannered Chihuahua will often ‘talk’ softly to check in with the people in the room. A quick pat on the head, back rub, or snuggle, and he is happy again!
