We rescued our 2 1/2 year old Havi Bow after last Thanksgiving thanks to Last Chance Animal Rescue (LCAR)
❤️ Jen Post and I are SO lucky to have found Shaggy (now Bow). He’s adjusting well to life in Connecticut, even after just three days! He’s so happy and cuddly. We’re having a good time spoiling him with love and attention! Our 16 year old miser Jay is even starting to accept him! Thanks so much to Erica, Jude, and Whitney for making this happen!! ❤️❤️
Shaggy (now Bow) in his new furever home in Connecticut. He is very busy being loved, spoiled, and being trained NOT to dash out of the house towards the road. Good vet check today, just some kennel cough and allergies. His older brother Jay (16) is trying to put up with Bow.
Original Story from Last Chance Animal Rescue:
“From living life on a chain to getting the love and attention he craved ❤️ We are so happy for little Shaggy who, after a makeover, is not so shaggy any longer 😊
This cutie was rescued from a less than desirable situation by St Francis Farm Animal Sanctuary where Whitney took him under her care. Once in a loving home, and some care his spunky personality shined through and he made his way up North and to his forever home.
Happy life Shaggy, it’s clear your family is smitten already and that just warms our ♥️
Thank you to St Francis Farm Animal Sanctuary and Whitney for rescuing and caring for Shaggy and to Erica for hosting him in NY so that he could find his family.”
