We were able to give a Medical Grant to It Takes a Village Rescue in NC to help them care for Hoppy because of your continued support.
Hoppy’s owner had him since he was a puppy. Over the years she declined both physically and mentally. Hoppy and his brother, once loved, became flea infested, with infected skin, cauliflower ears, and nails grown into their pads.
Sadly, the family had to place Hoppy’s Mom into a home and they turned the dogs loose.!!
The pups that once had meant all the world to their “Mom” and now were so neglected needed HELP!! We are grateful that It Takes a Village rescue was able to help these senior pups and that with YOUR support we are also able to help them with a Medical Grant. Hoppy will need Dental surgery in another few weeks when he is stronger.
Now Hoppy and his brother are safe and getting the care they need and hopefully will find new and loving homes.
