What does the Silver Award mean in Girl Scouts?
Going for the Girl Scout Silver Award—the highest award a Girl Scout Cadette can earn—gives you the chance to show that you are a leader who is organized, determined, and dedicated to improving your community.
Recently, House with a Heart was the recipient of a project by two local Girls Scouts, creating over 50 social medial graphics about House with a Heart.
“The girls, Lily and Beanie, are 8th grade cadets from Girl Scout Troop 32034 in Damascus. This was their silver award project which is a 50 hour sustainable project that impacts their community. They had such a great time working on this project and hope it helps the rescue continue caring for senior pups. “
