Ziggy

We just welcomed Ziggy a 7lb 12 year neutered male Yorkie Poo from Philly.
Ziggy is a love bug — the sweetest little pup you’ll ever meet. He found himself at the shelter when his owner had to move. He is understandably confused but happy to be in a foster home. What we know so far: he doesn’t see well due to cataracts but navigates
with no problems. He loves to be outside and is great on a leash. His tail goes
crazy when he knows it’s walkie time. He is small but mighty and can power walk
his way to 10K steps. He is house trained but will need time to adjust to a new
schedule. So far he is quiet except for excited squeaks when he smells a turkey &
cheese sandwich in his vicinity. He has been tested with dogs and cats. He’d love a
fur sibling but is also okay as an only pet.
Note from foster mom:   He is okay being held but doesn’t seek me out for it. He is fairly independent and loves to nap. I don’t have any pets, but he sees other dogs on our walks. He seems to love other dogs—his tail starts
wagging. He’d love a yard but is good on the leash. He walks fast. He is truly such a sweet little guy!
