Violet’s Story
Meet Violet! Violet took to the skies to reach us, flying in alongside our girl Ernestine on a volunteer flight to freedom.
Violet was found as a stray, and after a whole lot of coordination and kindness, she finally made her way to us. Violet is blind and deaf, and while she doesn’t let this slow her down, she is looking for a home without stairs ~ or a human servant prepared to carry her up and down like the Beagle Queen she is.
Violet is 15 years old, 21 perfect pounds, and both blind and deaf but that hasn’t stopped her from navigating life (and foster mom’s house) with absolute determination. She’s looking for a forever home that can give her the thoughtful, top-notch care she deserves in her golden years.
She is currently being fostered in Severn, Maryland and is ready to go home! 🏡
