Herschel is house trained, gets along well with cats, and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a smaller dog with a fun personality. He came to Reed’s Rescue as a stray from Prince George’s County and is ready to leave his past behind for a loving forever home.
Herschel has a cataract in his right eye, but it doesn’t stop him from enjoying life or exploring his surroundings.
