Precious 11 year old spayed female Pomeranian Cherish. Yes, her previous owners (that had to surrender her) dyed some of her hair/fur hot pink! She has an enlarged heart which has resulted in a pot belly for this tiny little girl. We took her to CVCA (cardiologist) and she was the perfect patient. The dogtor diagnosed her with grade B2 valve disease and pulmonary hypertension, so she will be on heart medicine for the rest of her little life. We have had so many dogs come through our doors with cardiac issues, and nearly all have had happy rescue lives with the medications that are out now for seniors with heart disease.
