Sweet Andy (formally named Alvin) is 11-years-young! You would never know this sweet boy was eleven years old the way he loves to be part of the action. He is the type of furbaby that is devoted to his guardian. In no time at all he will think you are his world. Andy is housetrained and very friendly with people and other dogs. He loves to rest by your side. Andy recently went in for a dental and is recovering great! This poor baby had such bad dental disease that part of his lower jaw had deteriorated from the infection. He had 12 extractions with a lot of the teeth cracked off under the gumline. His doctor remarked that she could not believe how sweet he was, considering the amount of pain he must have been in. We’re happy to say he’s healing great and acts like a new pup. This sweet senior (he’s 11) can now live out the rest of his life without a painful mouth. He was surrendered to CHR due to his owner having medical issues. We can’t wait to find Andy a home where he will be treated like the King of his castle. He deserves it!
