Sunny is a very appropriately named 50 lb. chocolate lab mix with the sweetest, most joyful soul. She lost her human late in life and is looking for a loving and safe place to land. Sunny adores all humans, other dogs, and even cats. Her foster mom says that Sunny might be the easiest dog ever: she rides nicely in the car, she’s not very demanding, naps frequently, doesn’t snore at night, and generally just goes with the flow. But don’t mistake her easygoing nature for laziness or lack of energy! She will let you know at walk time that she’s ready by bouncing up and down or doing a little happy dance in place. And even though she’s a senior girl, she can walk three miles as easily as a half mile.
Sunny just needs a soft bed and place to snuggle with a human who understands and appreciates the rhythms of a senior dog. She is looking for her well-deserved safe place to live the rest of her life. Sunny is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, fully vetted, heartworm negative, and recently had a dental cleaning.
